1. Scheduling Appointments: To provide you with the best service possible, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment well in advance. I do not accept walk-ins. A credit card on file is required to hold your appointment.

2. Booking Channels: Appointments can be requested through my website and application form. I do not book appointments over social media, so please use my website.

3. Confirmation and Reminders: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation notification. Additionally, I send out reminder notifications prior to your appointment to help you remember the date and time.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment. I kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hr notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment. This allows me the opportunity to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment. In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be applied. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the scheduled appointment. Similarly, if you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notification, a no-show fee may be charged for 100% of you or scheduled appointment. I value your understanding and cooperation regarding my cancellation policy, as it enables me to efficiently manage our schedule and provide the best service to all valued clients. 5. Late Arrivals: To respect all clients' time, please be mindful of punctuality. If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you, but please understand that your service may be shortened or adjusted to ensure the following client is not inconvenienced. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.

6. Group Appointments: For group appointments, such as bridal parties or special events, contact me well in advance to discuss availability and any specific requirements. Group bookings may require a deposit or prepayment to secure the appointment.

7. Service Modifications: Should you wish to make changes to your scheduled service(s), please notify me as early as possible. While I will make every effort to accommodate your request, last-minute changes may not always be possible.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee: My ultimate goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the hair styling experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify me within 48 hours, and I will work diligently to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

9. Hygiene and Safety: Your health and safety, as well as that of my staff, are of utmost importance. I strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment. If you are feeling unwell, have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing any symptoms, please contact me ASAP so I can get you rescheduled.

10. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service and can be made using various forms, including cash or card.
